RN Assistance and Plan of Care

Our registered nurses (RN) are available to assist clients in creating a customized care plan tailored to their unique needs and preferences. The RN will evaluate the client’s physical and mental health, assess their daily living activities, and identify any potential risks or challenges.

Based on this assessment, the RN will develop a plan of care that outlines the services and support that will be provided by Comfort Hands. This plan will be reviewed and updated on an ongoing basis to ensure that it continues to meet the client’s needs and changing circumstances.
